Course Description
You were born with a metaphysical communication system. You know there are more ways of perceiving the world than the physical senses alone.
In this six-week experiential course, you'll explore the spiritual senses of seeing, hearing, feeling, taste, smell, and knowing—and learn how these forms of perception may show up in your everyday life. We'll begin by exploring the anatomy of the spirit and identifying your natural spiritual gifts, then spend each week developing a different sensory pathway through guided practices, exercises, reflection, and discernment.
This isn't a course about simply learning what spiritual senses are. It's about learning how to recognize them, practice them, and discern the difference between imagination, emotion, intuition, memory, and genuine spiritual insight.
Every class includes time to practice.
You'll leave with a deeper understanding of your own spiritual gifts, practical exercises you can continue using at home, and a personal framework for developing your spiritual awareness.

Week 1
The Anatomy of the Spirit: Know Your Gifts
Before we develop the senses, we need to understand the instrument doing the sensing. We'll explore the relationship between body, mind, soul, spirit, energy, intention, and discernment, then identify your natural spiritual gifts through an assessment and guided exercises.
Practice: Spiritual Gifts Assessment + guided awareness exercise + identifying your strongest and least-developed senses.
Week 2
Seeing Beyond: Developing Spiritual Vision
What does it mean to "see" something spiritually? We'll explore inner imagery, symbols, dreams, visual impressions, and the difference between seeing something internally and simply imagining it.
Practice: Symbol-building, visual perception exercises, photograph reading, and guided visualization.
Week 3
Hearing Beyond: Developing the Spiritual Ear
Spiritual hearing can arrive as a word, phrase, sound, thought, song, or subtle inner prompting. This class explores how to become more attentive to what you hear internally while developing discernment around the source and meaning of what you receive.
Practice: Music-based listening exercises, voice vibration, inner-word exercises, and discernment practices.
Week 4
Feeling Beyond: Touch, Emotion & the Body
The body can become a powerful source of information. We'll explore physical sensation, emotional awareness, energetic impressions, and the important practice of distinguishing our own feelings from information we may be sensing around us.
Practice: Body-awareness exercises, psychometry, environmental sensing, and discerning emotion from information.
Week 5
The Wisdom of Taste & Smell: Memory, Senses & Spiritual Awareness
Taste and smell are deeply connected to memory, place, emotion, and association. We'll explore how these powerful physical senses can become pathways for spiritual awareness—and how to notice what arises without immediately assigning meaning to it.
Practice: Sensory awareness exercises, memory and scent exploration, intuitive associations, and guided discernment.
Week 6
The Gift of Knowing: Discernment & Integration
Sometimes you simply know.
This final class brings everything together as we explore intuitive knowing, discernment, and how the different spiritual senses work together. We'll practice recognizing the difference between a thought, a feeling, a fear, an assumption, and a deeper knowing—and create a personal practice for continuing to develop your spiritual senses.
Practice: Forced connections, intuitive knowing exercises, integrated sensory practice, and final discernment exercise.
THE EXPERIENCE
Each class follows a simple rhythm:
Learn → Experience → Practice → Discern → Integrate
The goal isn't to become dependent on someone else to interpret your experiences. The goal is to become more aware of your own spiritual gifts and develop the discernment to work with them responsibly.
